Lord, I thank You for the gift of life and health. I pray for Your continued blessings on my body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen my immune system and keep me safe from illness. Help me make wise choices for my well-being and grant me the energy to live fully. Guide me in nourishing my body with what it needs and in caring for myself with love and respect. Thank You, Lord, for the health I have, and may I use it to serve others. Amen.
