Father, I ask for Your help in overcoming fear. When fear grips my heart, remind me that You are with me, and that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Help me to face my fears with courage, knowing that You are by my side. When anxiety threatens to overwhelm me, grant me peace that surpasses all understanding.
