Father, I ask for Your deliverance from the grip of addiction. Please break the chains that bind me and set me free from this destructive cycle. Heal me from the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of addiction, and restore my life. Help me to resist temptation and to find my strength in You. I trust in Your power to deliver me, and I believe that You can bring complete restoration. Thank You for Your mercy and grace, and for helping me to walk in freedom. Amen.
