Father, I come to You with my worries and anxieties. Please deliver me from fear and anxiety, and fill me with Your peace. I trust that You are in control and that You will provide for my every need. Help me to focus on Your promises and to release my worries into Your care. Please calm my heart and mind, and help me to trust in Your perfect plan. Thank You for being my refuge and strength, especially in times of trouble. I choose to surrender my anxiety to You, knowing that You will carry my burdens. Amen.
