Lord, I ask for Your healing touch over my heart. Please free me from the shame and guilt that weighs me down. I know that You have forgiven me, and I ask that You help me to forgive myself as well. Help me to understand my true worth in You and to embrace the freedom You offer through Christ. Let Your love wash over me and restore my heart.
