Lord, my heart is heavy with grief, and I seek Your comfort in this time of loss. Please heal the pain in my heart and surround me with Your peace. Help me to trust in Your love and in Your promise that You are near to the brokenhearted. I ask for Your strength to carry me through this sorrow and for Your presence to bring me comfort. Thank You for being my refuge in times of grief, and for the hope that You give me in knowing that You will restore all things. Amen.
