Lord, I am feeling discouraged, but I choose to place my hope in You. Please restore my hope and help me to trust in Your promises. Remind me that You have a plan for my life, and that You are always working for my good. Give me the strength to persevere through difficult times, and help me to look forward to the future with expectation and faith. Thank You for being my hope and refuge. Amen.
