Father, I ask for humility in my leadership. Please help me to lead others with a servant’s heart, always putting the needs of others before my own. Teach me to be humble, to listen well, and to guide with grace and wisdom. Help me to serve others in love, and to lead by example, showing Your love and kindness in all my actions. I pray that my leadership will reflect Your heart and that I will honor You in all I do. Thank You for the privilege of leadership and the opportunity to serve. Amen.
