Lord, I ask for Your help in overcoming the fear that holds me back. Please give me the courage to face my fears and the strength to stand firm in faith. I know that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Help me to trust in Your perfect love, which casts out fear. Strengthen my faith, and replace my fear with confidence in Your ability to protect and guide me. Thank You for being my source of courage and strength. Amen.
